Summer programmes for 10-16 year-olds with English lessons, sports, quests and visits to other cities in England. British Educational Tours is based just outside Bristol with access to motorway links to the north, south, east and west. Our aim is to provide students with a safe and secure environment. The children will have the unique opportunity to communicate with native speakers. There will be excursions to sites important to Britain’s history and culture.

All our courses combine conversational English with sightseeing, cultural visits, and social activities appropriate to the age of the group. Excursions and activities provide opportunities for learning and English practice in a happy and secure environment. 

British Educational Tours, gives students the prospect to perform learning tasks and projects under supervision in public areas, such as surveys of shops and quests in the local area. There will be high staff ratios to supervise all outside activities. This means that children are always safe and secure throughout the day. 

In addition to our conversational language programmes for children, we provide home-stay and hotel accommodation, airport transfers, all transport within the UK, food and excursions (costs are included in our prices, ask for details). 

Sample Timetable - British Educational Tours

E.U Students only: English lessons and activity programmes for 10-17 year-old students. Lessons 15 hours per week in classes of 15 students (max) graded by English ability and age and taught by trained teachers of English. End of course certificate and report. 

The daily programme begins at 0900 to 1640 with an afternoon programme of various activities and parties as well as a full day Saturday trip to a place of historical, educational and cultural interest. British Educational Tours guarantee three meals each day for every child.

Every host family has been selected and visited by B.E.T staff. All week the children will have breakfast, a packed lunch and evening meal with the family. The careful way we choose our host families guarantee peace of mind for our junior students and their families. Our families are very welcoming and will do their best to make our students feel at home and it is a great way to practice your English language skills. 

Our tours offer hotel accommodation in each city visited. The representatives of B.E.T will be in the same hotel as will the teachers and helpers from the students own country. There will be a nourishing breakfast, packed lunch or similar and evening meal supplied.
